I’m very disappointed with how Stellantis Trenton Engine Plant treats its employees. The workload is excessive, and there seems to be little regard for employee well-being or general morale. It’s clear that management prioritizes production over the health and satisfaction of their workforce. Hygiene standards are another issue – in particular, krystal’s approach to maintaining cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired.
