I had a great experience at 1 st I’ve bought 4 trucks from them I’m getting river link bills and lex park tickets in the mail for vehicles I trade in with my license plate on them and this is the 2 nd time I traded my 2023 ram back in November of 2023 and I’m getting a bill from 2024 I didn’t own that truck then I went to them about this incident before and they act like they didn’t care nor did they try to fix it I been having to take off work to get it straightened out so now I have to do this again because I just got anot... read more
Barry fisher was awesome. He did everything to make sure that my car buying experience was a positive one. When I went back to the dealership for a follow up, he wasn't as welcoming now that I bought the car. Update: car had many problems that were not communicated to me when I bought it. Spent thousands of dollars on AC, TIRES and other front end issues. The car works well but I have to spend a lot of money to maintain it. They are extremely slow that’s really their biggest downside of this dealership
If I could give a -20 review, I would. What started as the BEST experience buying a vehicle turned into negligence, it's so disheartening. This dealership is a joke. My wife and I traded in her car for a 2025 jeep in October 2024, it took us calling for two months to get the plate. She was getting phone calls from the bank that she had her old vehicle through saying she was late on payments. Was told that a check was sent, but it was bad and had to be returned.
