Barry fisher was awesome. He did everything to make sure that my car buying experience was a positive one. When I went back to the dealership for a follow up, he wasn't as welcoming now that I bought the car. Update: car had many problems that were not communicated to me when I bought it. I would give them a negative 5....horrible service...had issues with the vehicle right after buying the car...did some fraudulent stuff on the contract with the bank added money on the back of the loan after I signed the paperwork and fraudulent stuff on the extended warranty!!! They fired the guy right after I brought it to their attention but did nothing to fix the issues!!! They won't talk to me or help me after calls, texts and me even going there sitting for hours a few times!!! HORRIBLE PLACE TO PURCHASE A VEHICLE!!!
I purchased my car from this dealership in 2023. It took until May 2024 to get my license plate and registration. During that whole ordeal, the title clerk refused to speak to me or the salespeople about my plate. In May 2025, my car broke down. I got my car towed to the dealership for a warranty claim. They held my car for a month before submitting the warranty claim. During this month, I was calling every day asking for updates. Place is closed, going thru ownership problems. Their scheduling service is automatic, sends notification of schedule, but does not tell the store Don't use this place unless you like going to an empty lot
My husband has been calling this location to get ANYONE to help us make an appointment to get our car looked at (which we bought here) for over a week. No one has answered, even when we click on different departments. He is now broken down on the side of the road with our children. Thank goodness we have insurance because this place will not help you. Does anyone work here?!?!?!
