If I could give this dealership 0 stars I would. I purchased a Jeep from them in February. At the time I thought they were great. Jay was a wonderful salesman. However, I have had nothing but problems with them for months. I have not received the title to my car, nor the license plate and registration. These folks will make promises, and then give you the run around when you try to get them to make good on them. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.
Posting my second review, and it is not any better. 13 MONTHS and NO TITLE, REGISTRATION or LICENSE PLATE!!! I have made 4 additional in-person trips to the dealership and countless calls inquiring on ETA of my title and registration. Mind you I have been making my payments for OVER A YEAR!!! I continue to get the answer that THEY are working on it and should be any time. Finally got the answer that this dealership sold me a vehicle that still had a previous LIEN!!!! Went to Lawrenceburg instead of Lexington. I actually purchased my vehicle there and they did a FANTASTIC job. They were extremely cost-conscious and even attempted fixing my issue without any charge. They were very knowledgable about the complicated issue my car was facing, and shared all aspects of how they were troubleshooting it. Well worth the drive.
