So far, first contact was great when calling and upon dropping my truck off and providing information including that I have a warrant. Then the next day, as if we did not have a discussion, I received the estimate omit warranty. I asked him to the warranty work on the estimate and he said, "I can't get the warranty information", so I spent a few hours getting it and returning it to Tyler (service mgr) via receptionist because he can't access his messages and is too busy to man his phone.
