Happy with service overall, I have been coming here for a couple years now
I was not please with communication. The dealership had my truck 2 weeks. I had no other vehicle and with the heat and having kids walking everywhere was a major inconvenience. My truck is still having issues starting.
I recently had my truck serviced for an oil change. Unfortunately, I was not satisfied as this was the second time this occurred. The service technician failed to clean under the vehicle resulting in a significant amount of oil under the truck and dripping onto my driveway. I had to hire a someone to clean under the vehicle.
When I bring my Jeep into service, I'm always met with a friendly smile from my service advisor TJ and the service staff. TJ not only schedules my vehicle for maintenance and repair but also takes the time to answer all of my questions. I'm also grateful for Joe Munds. It's because of him doing the service work on my Jeep that I can drive away in confidence know the job was done right.
They kept at it to find the issue of the ABS system. They actually paid for some parts and didn’t charge for 4 visits and they found the issue.
