About 2 months ago, I needed to buy approx $1,200 of parts and accessories for my 22 Ram Limited. I waited about 25 mins and the only guy at the counter never awknowledged me or even asked if I needed anything. He was on the phone having a pointless conversation with someone and almost seemed he was extending the call on purpose to not help me.
