Finally someone at the service department that seats with you listen and make sure that your get all your concerns answered so you can plan how to proceed. She goes beyond that anyone else in that place after Natasha and the management. Erin the one and only.

Took my 18 chrysler Pacifica in for service (oil chg, rotate balance and alignment). Advisor (Paul) was professional, informative and not pushy. Did an inspection and gave me the rundown on the van (unlike my last visit to Koons Chrysler Tysons) picked up the van and realized the next day they put the wrong center cap on. DO NOT GO HERE FOR SERVICE! BUYER BEWARE! I wish I could give negative stars. EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL. The service Manager (Natasha) takes no responsibility for the lack of professionalism in her staff. I brought my vehicle for my disabled mother here for service and went almost 3 weeks with not even a call back about a diagnosis. I had to call several times just speak with someone and ultimately just show up to get an answer on where my vehicle was. I have never seen such horrible customer service.
