Went in for an oil change Friday afternoon, everything went as planned. They were courteous and efficient. While we there I had noticed the defrost cable had become disconnected from the rear window. I spoke to the service advisor about it and she was unsure at the time if it would be covered under an extended warranty we had purchased with the vehicle. When I paid for the services the advisor stated she would follow up with me on Monday the following week if the cable could be either serviced or if replacement was necessary... read more
