Bought a new 2025 Ram 2500. Service was great, they worked with me to obtain it, even with some delays that weren't my fault.
I had a recall on the air bag (free) but had ask to check out a few things and change the oil that check out coat me 415 dollars!! The most expensive oil change I ever had. You would think being at a dodge dealership looking over a car to let you know shouldn’t have coast so much and normally that coat would go towards the repair! I had NOTHING done oh! Oil change 415 dollars
Everyone is always so nice. They are honest and up front on how long it could possibly take to service your vehicle. My whole family takes their cars and trucks for service there. In fact we like Jake Sweeney so much, we have bought our last five vehicles there.
