By far THE worst service center I've ever visited. I had been taking both of my Mopars here for over a decade now and I just can't believe how downhill it's gone. I've caught them red-handed lying about what was wrong with my Chrysler 300. I got told that I needed all new brakes. Turns out the issue was a loose lug nut left on by the dealer causing a knocking noise.... Terrible customer service, all they did was pass me to the next person on the phone. Nobody wanted to do their job and answer a simple question about a part number.
I waited 2 hrs 15mins for an oil change and tire rotation that NEVER came. They knew I was waiting with my truck, but no indication of how long I'd be waiting. I was at least another 45mins out before my turn. It's obvious that waiting customers aren't given any consideration.
