Terrible customer service, all they did was pass me to the next person on the phone. Nobody wanted to do their job and answer a simple question about a part number.
I waited 2 hrs 15mins for an oil change and tire rotation that NEVER came. They knew I was waiting with my truck, but no indication of how long I'd be waiting. I was at least another 45mins out before my turn. It's obvious that waiting customers aren't given any consideration.
(UPDATE) Not a fan of the redecorating. The business area is uncomfortable and noisy. One of the best, even under COVID-19 restrictions. The key to waiting customers is managing their expectations. The Service Department did this well.
