I have called over 10 times over the course of the last 2 weeks. Twice I left a detailed voicemail requesting a call back about an estimate for work to be done. And the other EIGHT TIMES I spoke with a rep, who I understand is just for making appointments etc... I explained I wanted I quote and every time they told me that I would need to speak to a service advisor and that all the service advisors are busy with customers. Dodge is horrible

They've been really good at diagnosing my issues and customer service. My last service took longer than expected due to a part being hard to find but they gave me a discount.
My husband hasn't even had his car for a year, and already we are unsatisfied with the service we have received on two different occasions. 1. He got his first oil change a couple of weeks ago. I arrived with his car for the 11 am appointment, and it still took almost 2 hours for it to be completed. I doesn't help matters that I had to stop someone to be checked-in in the first place when most employees seemed to be standing around.
