I have called over 10 times over the course of the last 2 weeks. Twice I left a detailed voicemail requesting a call back about an estimate for work to be done. And the other EIGHT TIMES I spoke with a rep, who I understand is just for making appointments etc... I explained I wanted I quote and every time they told me that I would need to speak to a service advisor and that all the service advisors are busy with customers.
