Seth in service is the most helpful, reliable, honest, and beyond incredible person I have ever dealt with. I bought a used Ram from Young that needed a couple things done but because I bought it there and immediately took it to the shop it sort of got lost in limbo with communication to me. Have purchased last 3 vehicles from you but won't again. I have always had my truck maintenance done there but was shocked hear upon paying this time that I would be charged and extra 3% to use a card. With repairs so expensive....do you really expect your customers to bring thousands in cash? I know I dont have extra cash on me like that so I won't be back.
Took my new 20th Anniversary R/T Plus Durango in for its first oil change early August, discovered that the tech damaged the side skirts on my vehicle because they didn’t lift it properly on the 4-point lift. Service manager agreed to the repairs. I was told my parts would be painted and ready to install in a week. Made the appointment to get the new parts installed only to find out they were never sent to paint!
