I brought my wagoneer in for regular maintenance. After rotating my tires, there was a vibration. They offered to rotate the tires back for 175. My tires need to be balanced. Not rotated back. The main radio screen kept freezing. They replaced the radio module and center stack. The screen still freezes. The front passenger side heated seat, turns off randomly and it wont turn back on for hours. The button to turn it on from the 'comfort' tab on the screen, grays out.
