The service repair department is horrible! There seems to be only one knowledgeable mechanic on staff who is the manager. They had my new jeep for almost one month for a check engine light. Took 2 weeks for them to diagnose, another week after they “ordered the wrong parts” and another week to “fix”…. All that for nothing! The jeep is still having issues and smelling like gasoline. Thanks for nothing Gary. Save yourself the hassle. Trying bountiful jeep next.
Used to be the best place to get an oil change for a good price. They increased their oil change plan price to $160 from the $90 it used to be. A single oil change is now $90. Will be looking for a new place to take my vehicles.
They fixed one issue with my vehicle and it went well. I still have an issue that was related to my initial complaint but I believe is another problem. It will have to go back to the shop.
Had a oil change over the weekend on my 2017 Dodge Ram and waited over 2 hours to get it completed. Later that day my truck was leaking oil. Not sure what quality control measures are in place at this dealership? Also the service manager is non existent. The oil leak was due to left over oil spilled over my cross member and not properly cleaned.
