Have purchased last 3 vehicles from you but won't again. I have always had my truck maintenance done there but was shocked hear upon paying this time that I would be charged and extra 3% to use a card. With repairs so expensive....do you really expect your customers to bring thousands in cash? I know I dont have extra cash on me like that so I won't be back.
Took my new 20th Anniversary R/T Plus Durango in for its first oil change early August, discovered that the tech damaged the side skirts on my vehicle because they didn’t lift it properly on the 4-point lift. Service manager agreed to the repairs. I was told my parts would be painted and ready to install in a week. Made the appointment to get the new parts installed only to find out they were never sent to paint! Had a couple issues looked at, one was a rear subwoofer rattling, while making appointment I had specified that I had removed the back wall covering over the subwoofer and speaker was still creating lots of rattling, letting service desk technicians know that rattling is from something loose inside speaker enclosure or the speaker it self bad. I bought a new jeep in May 2025 and I was under the impression it was still Larry H Miller, well I had a schedule appointment on Monday and everybody who I knew previously from MazdaYoung was there, as they were transferring everything to Young. After dealing with their dealship I will Never go back to them. So I will get the warranty things I brought it there for, and then I will be heading up to Woods Cross to get my servicing done.
