I brought my wagoneer in for regular maintenance. After rotating my tires, there was a vibration. They offered to rotate the tires back for 175. My tires need to be balanced. Not rotated back. The main radio screen kept freezing. They replaced the radio module and center stack. The screen still freezes. The front passenger side heated seat, turns off randomly and it wont turn back on for hours. The button to turn it on from the 'comfort' tab on the screen, grays out. I recently had my fuel pump replaced and they worked on a leak they found, Zach was great to work with, the ladies who work at the front and answer the phones could become a bit more knowledgeable on warranties, how to find that info, or just transfer the phone on to someone else who's knowledgeable about that, we had called prior to towing my car to Larry h Miller and the lady told us we had no towing included in my extended warranty and no roadside assistance, we get there and find out after towing it ourselves that it did... read more
