If no star was an option. They earned it. They avoid service work. And when it is done, it’s questionable at best. Their customer service is a Karen and Ken approach from the basic people working the floor and desk jobs.To managers. They all simply give you bs answers and best around the bush. Highly recommend just going down the road to any other dealership locally.
