If I could give a negative star rating I would. I have a brand new jeep, less than a month old and was traveling from out of town with my elderly parents and had an over heating issues on the highway. I got to this Jeep dealership and they were unwilling to help me. I was shocked and left crying in my vehicle because they just refused to even talk to the service team from Jeep in my home town or plug into my Jeep to pull the code. I will make sure all my Washington and Oregon relatives never patron this dealership.
