While I’m still waiting for my truck to get released, Wes and everyone has been fantastic. Once I get my truck back I would be glad to do another survey. Spoke with other dealers and Murdock and Wes was only dealership that would work with me on December 31.

I took my jeep in for an emissions test and waited 1 hour and 40 minutes. I checked with the service attendant at one hour and he said it was almost finished. At one hour and a half I checked and they hadn’t even done it yet! I asked for my car back and I’m taking it to the Mercedes dealer shop instead. They actually have good customer service. This was the worst service I have ever experienced. I went for an oil change there a year ago and it wasn’t good either.
