This LHM is the only LHM I will take my car to! They’re efficient and friendly every time. I even got a car wash this time!!! I just recommended them to someone because of the way they treat people as though they are important to their business.
I went in with two issues and they chose not to address one of them completely and said the first resolved the second. I had to take it back in and they tried to charge me another $500 to fix what they said was fixed but it was not. Another reason why I dislike dealerships.
Emission test, oil change, tire rotation everything went well. Took a little more than an hour.
It took over a week and a half to do to an alignment and replace 2 steer tires.
