My experience was really good! Jason was very helpful and he went above and beyond. Working a 12 hour shift, and knowing my car was getting taken care of for an oil change. Thank you!
Very slow even when appt but the young Lady service advisor with blonde hair was very nice. It was beyond her control
There was a solid miscommunication about pricing - my housemate had dropped the van off and actual pricing was not clear from dealership to him to me. When I discovered the price to have my van diagnosed, I tried to negotiate for a few days as it was double what I was expecting, but felt written off. I finally was able to explain the situation to one of the managers who was very understanding, reasonable, and kind. They offered the discounted oil change as just $30. And when I brought my car at the shop, it takes longer than usual, then they offered free ride uber to my house and return to the shop too. The service is amazing. I think the round trip of uber is more expensive than oil change.
I had an appointment but eas told it would be 2 hours for the oil change They were busy and had many appointments dhow up. Why make more appointments than you can handle?
