Getting checked in was slow this time and it took over 1 1/2 hrs of wait to get an oil change.
Scheduled an appointment. When I got to my appointment I was informed that my truck would not be looked at until the next day even thought the lady on the phone said same day. That’s a lost day of work for me. Rescheduled my useless appointment to the next week. Dropped car off over the weekend to not miss another day of work because I was told it would take at least 3 days to fix my truck. Day of appointment I received a call about 3 hours after my appointment time saying truck was good to go.
120000 mi service. All went well, couldn’t be happier.
Warranty work was satisfactory and on time.
