I have never had a bad experience with the servicing of my vehicle here. If I don't wait for my car, they have called me an Uber and always keep me posted on what is happening. Highly recommend.
Good time
Had my jeep for 2 1/2 days just the replacement the battery. After 1 day I called to check on the status and they had not even looked at it. On the 3rd day I checked the status with link provided and it still said received. When I called the number provided in the text it just rang, no one ever answered during work hours. Ended up going thru the main number to get to talk to someone.
Oil change, transmission service, transfer case service, fuel filter changed, new tires. I got my truck back and they didn’t reset the oil and fuel filter tracker in computer, no window sticker about next service, did not fill the washer fluid, left oil/grease on the steering wheel and within 2 days the check engine light came on because the didn’t reset the Transmission Control Module. So after a trip back fingers crossed the light stays out.
Always an experience I try to avoid. They are the least efficient of any shop I’ve ever been to. Have to leave your car for three days just to get them to diagnose it. Incapable of making an appointment and having your car in and out in one day. Told me I could wait for my codes to be reprogrammed then it was additional fees over what I was quoted before making the appointment. I hate that I have to come here for my warranty stuff.
