Got a oil change and they took my air filter out and Asked me if I wanted it replaced. When the car only had 5000 miles. Put it back in full of oil and then when my oil change done they left my oil dipstick half up in the air didn’t notice until like two months later. It wasn’t pushed in all the way. Not happy.
Jose went above and beyond to help me when another dealership wouldn’t address my issue. He was very hands-on, kept me updated throughout the process, and took the time to walk me through and explain the issue. I really appreciated his honesty, communication, and dedication to making sure I was taken care of. Highly recommend Jose as a service advisor!
Fue una atención rápida y amable
