My service advisor really was incredible. Normally I have to wait hours but i was in and out in less than 2 hours! Kudos!!
I made an appointment on-line and was not made aware you moved the service center due to construction. There was no clear guidance when making the appointment of the change nor where to even go. It was the rides from Uber that made the day better since it took 4 hours to complete the service.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Amazing experience at Larry Miller! JR, the service advisor, was absolutely worth the wait — very attentive, professional, and genuinely kind. He even offered a complimentary mini car detail at the end, which was such a thoughtful touch. Truly the best service advisor I’ve had. Cesar, who rang me up, had great vibes, and honestly everyone in the dealership deserves praise. Highly recommend!
