I’ve been to this location for service many times, as it’s where I originally purchased my vehicle. To be quite honest, every other interaction was subpar at best. They felt quite robotic and not as though any of the service advisors were paying attention to me or my vehicle individually. I was honestly ready to make a different location my go-to for services because I just didn’t feel valued as a customer at all. Went to get my oil changed today and Oscar was amazing he took care of me in less than an hour knowing I had somewhere to be very soon. Amazing customer service and will recommend to my friends and family!
Oscar got me in last minute for an oil change when I really needed it. Great customer service will definitely be back again.
Cliff was amazing and took care of me everytime. Will come back again for service 10/10 recommend.
