Not to thrilled with the service. Went in and told them the air vent on passenger side was broken it won’t stay in the up position and they said there was nothing wrong they couldn’t find. Told them the car made a funny noise in the front end when turning they said it was an air bag. They must think I’m dumb the air bag isn’t by the wheel well on the out side. Hi, just want to say that at first I was getting the runaround until I talk or should I say ran into Mr. Larry Watts I feel he did a great job by helping me. He was very polite very respectable and if it wasn’t for him, I don’t think my car will be getting fixed so much praise to Mr. Watts.
We should be told when making an appt that is a check in time I waited 3 hrs for oil change
