I tried to take my Chrysler Pacifica here for a check engine light. I was told they had to hold it for 3-5 business days before they could even diagnose it. I asked if I could set the appointment and then bring it in when they are ready to look at it. They said no... The car needs sit on their lot the 3-5 business days before they would look at it! This car is almost new and still under warranty so the service and loaner should be paid for by Chrysler. I asked if I could get a loaner and they said yes but they only do loaner... read more

Well, let me tell you what. Normally I do not do high reviews. I have contacted several others dealerships, and shops Asking for help on specific things, now, one of them would take the time to help me out. I contacted this dealership.I talked to the service manager named Doyle. This man in his team, when above and beyond, help me get what I needed. And a very short timely manner And everything was correct. Thank you doyle.

I dont know how anyone ever goes here. I need recalls and service done on my truck. Now, I am told that to do the diagnostic before any repairs are even done it will be at least 3 to 5 business days. And they can't set me up with a loaner. (They say that's because of insurance, but my wife does it all the time at her dealership...weird how the rules are different for Chrysler RAM) So, unless I have rental as part of my insurance (or an extra car lying around), then there is no ability to ever come to this dealership...becaus... read more

The service department is a mess they tell you what ever they want like they told me they’ll have a tech look at my vehicle in the morning the next day and by noon, he would have an answer what it was gonna take to fix it. It was almost 2 days later before they finally worked on it and got it back to me and even after that, they did nothing but try to upsell me on everything but what I needed done then the following day I’m driving down the road in the service engine light comes on again now it’s gotta go back to the dealers... read more
