Didn't file the car with the DMV for 4 months, and they didn't submit my EV tax credit paperwork. I have had to make 8 additional trips to this dealership as they are wildly incompetent and constantly changing staff (they have had 3 GM's since i bought my car 6 months ago). If you buy from them, be prepared to have to spend a lot of time chasing them down for things they are responsible for doing. Service department is quite rude also, so that's fun. Service is great and the people are very nice and helpful. I highly recommend this service center.

The initial service tech couldn't answer my question and was going to have a more senior person call back. They never called me back. Likely won't but my next Jeep from them.
