I am in the process of suing them personally and have 14 additional people bring a class action suite against them. If anyone else would like to be involved for settlement please PM me. They have manipulated contracts, lied to consumers as well as added additional costs without the knowledge of the buyer. Please contact me if you would like to get your money back as well. The Attorney General is currently involved and the DA will be. If there was a 0 I would rate it at that.
They need to be honest in their ads, 100% approved, but don't include all of the criteria required to be approved. Ads just to get people in there and sucker punch them. Even when they gave all the facts they need up front. Nicey nice to you until you don't accept the terms, then you dirt. It's BBB time.
The Service Writers are professional and personable. Don't have a lot of experience with this shop but, my early impression is that they know their products and services and represent good value to their customers.
