Bring your car in with a specific complaint. They call "Car is ready". When you pick up they say they couldn't find anything wrong so you go home with the same issue. Why not call and say they cannot find anything or replicate the issue? Also try to charge for things under warranty
We have had really good experiences on the sale side but service department is awful. They are nasty and uncooperative. Put on hold all the time Recently they sold us new tires and 1 tire was never right— air always low. We went back home and time again and they would not replace it. Truly awful
I had my jeep towed because it wouldn’t start. Mary at the front service desk was very pleasant. Chris the manager said that he would do all he could between the appointments to diagnose. My car was ready the next day.
I worked with Paul Depontes and Gabe, his associate, to buy a used car and would NEVER recommend working with them on a used car as they were not honest. I went to only see options, but they were incredibly pushy and literally kept me there for two hours - I bought out of exhaustion. On the bright side, he IMMEDIATELY agreed on a 13% discount so please do negotiate as the prices are clearly inflated and there’s a lot of room.
