Writing on behalf of my elderly dad. Stay away from this dealer, their mechanics have no idea what they're doing. Ran a jumper wire from a communication cable from the back of the car and didn't cover ANY of the connection with electrical tape. You can see the exposed wires in the photo. This enormous mistake corroded and shorted out the entire harness. They refused to accept any responsibility and forced me to pay 3,000$ to fix their mistake (at brown's jeep dealership). I understand repairs in the Hamptons often come at a premium, but my experience here was beyond reasonable. I brought my Jeep in about a month ago because the ESC warning light was on. I was charged $219 for the diagnostic and then told I needed a new transfer case, with an estimate of about $2,800 ($1,400 for parts and the same for labor).
