If I could give zero stars, I would. This service center has been consistently awful. I’ve had to bring my vehicle back multiple times for the same issues—because they never actually fix the problem. And every visit turns into a new upsell. They always “find” something else wrong and overcharge for service hours that don’t add up. This latest time was the last straw. Bring your car in with a specific complaint. They call "Car is ready". When you pick up they say they couldn't find anything wrong so you go home with the same issue. Why not call and say they cannot find anything or replicate the issue? Also try to charge for things under warranty
We have had really good experiences on the sale side but service department is awful. They are nasty and uncooperative. Put on hold all the time Recently they sold us new tires and 1 tire was never right— air always low. We went back home and time again and they would not replace it. Truly awful
