I was very disappointed with both the purchase and post-purchase process. I was told my existing license plate would be transferred, but a new one was issued without my knowledge. Because of these inconsistencies, I no longer trust what I’m being told. I expected honesty and clarity from a dealership. It’s really unfortunate to lose a customer’s trust like this. I hope this situation is reviewed internally. I won’t be coming back. Thank you.

Not usually one to leave revies, but this one felt earned. I had a couple loose ends after the visit and Larry actually followed through on what he said he'd send over. I really appreciated that kind of reliability. He was also professional and helpful throughout the process.

CDJR made the process feel much less complicated than we expected. We took a few days to think things over, came back with more questions, and were treated with patience each time. Larry was courteous throughout.
