Please do not bring your car to this dealership. Next time, I will be sure to make the drive out of town to be able to actually get some service done on my car. My car was towed in on the 19th with a push-to-start button issue. I spoke to the gentleman in person the next morning and made sure they had the keys, knew what the issue was, and where the car was located in the parking lot. Terrible service department. No employees, no one answers the phone. When you finally do speak to someone they can't answer your questions. They've had my jeep going on three weeks with no communication or status updates. We are members of the jeep wave program and my case manager has the same problems getting information from the dealer as I do. Pitiful..
