If I could give a negative rating, I would. These people are fraudsters; they took a $500 deposit from me to reserve the car, but when I went there, they had already sold it. They refused to refund my deposit. They are nothing but thieves and robbers."
Always helpful , fast and kind
Was treated disrespectful and talked down to by a tech and the assistant service manager after spending $4200 on repairs. This was the second time I was treated with passive aggressive behavior for no reason. I bought this car new from this dealership. As a president of an organization, I know that bad attitude can infect an entire staff. That obviously has happened at Central.
Matt the service manager was awesome!! Was able to get me an anti theft code for my radio no problem! Absolutely amazing customer service!!
Came in on a Saturday as a check engine light had come on my vehicle and was simply hoping someone could scan the vehicle to diagnose and then schedule service. I spoke with a gentleman who first walked past me as I entered the service counter area after driving into the service bay. After a five minute wait, he came back around asking if I could be helped.
