Riley was absolutely fantastic and wonderful to work with through the process. He was up-front, no surprises, honest, and patient. Hana was incredibly helpful with the financing and made the process seamless. She was knowledgeable and able to answer any questions we had. Highly recommend!
Just don't go to jeep anymore.They have lost who they are. They made the "luxury" Switch and it couldn't be worse.They swapped out the inline 6 for a nine speed money pit tranny. They've lost their ruggedness. And yes that includes the unlimited. Could have set a standard in off-road vehicles.But they just fell in line. If I were you , I'd stay away from any jeep beyond 2015.
Terrible. Made an appointment online to have my new Jeep serviced. I received a voicemail day of stating they would not be able to service my vehicle because I did not purchase it from them. I don't believe this is a good practice or legal.
Easy check-in and check out. Recall went way faster than I was expecting. But the best part of the experience was the shuttle Driver Dawina (sorry 4 spelling). Lovely person and was very sweet taking us back and forth to/from the dealership. Highly recommend!
