Disgusted!!!! Took my vehicle for A/C they added freon but never diagnosed the vehicle in August of 2024 charged me $800. A 2020 never had a single issue this service manager tells me using the defoster during winter would run out the freon less than a year later? 2025? I would by far say this is the worst dealershipin NYC.. so bad the sales man even told that the service is absolute dog shit.. so let’s start here on June 28th I brought my car in for service.. which I was first told maybe a couple of days for the part cool.. South shore dodge jeep and ram servicing dept on Sheridan Blvd in Inwood is terrible! They are unprofessional, they could not give my jeep a simple update when my screen kept freezing and instead tried to sell me a new radio for $2500. They are a rip off. After factory resetting my car my radio works now. DO NOT GO THERE!! I also went there for a recall in the past and walked out spending $800 for what I later found out were easy things. After only completing half of the service that they were supposed do on my vehicle I received a survey via email which I filled out honestly expressing all my concerns, when I went back to complete the service that they originally forgot to do, they informed me that I am no longer welcome at their dealership because they weren't satisfied with the results of the survey that I filled out. Came in requesting a simple battery or module reset after replacing both batteries, which is known to require Chrysler-specific software. I was told the only option was a $325 diagnostic that would only be waived if I paid for additional repairs. No attempt was made to honor my direct request. Felt like an upsell more than a service. Disappointed, especially after hearing from multiple mechanics that a reset is the only real fix.
