Received a quote and made an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. When it was all done, I waited over three hours for them to complete the job, and was charged triple the quoted price! Spoke with the customer service manager, who brought the price down to make it right, but the service advisor tried one last time to overcharge by a bit more than the manager said.....he finally charged correctly according to the managers quoted price when he got called out on it.
