Markel provides excellent customer service everytime I bring my vehicle for service. He’s very diligent, professional, and always clearly communicates the necessary repairs and maintenance options with patience in mind. He makes it a very seamless process.
Don't know what happened to these guys. I've taken vehicles here for years, but quality has really been falling. Most recently, they kept my Jeep for 12 days for wheel bearings, and have been "waiting for parts" for six months. From the reviews, seems I'm not the only one. Already contacted Fred, resulting in another "waiting for parts" message from Kyler, but that was April. My last message in May was just ignored. I would give this place zero stars if I could. They have had my car for almost five months for a leaky sunroof. Any time I contact them, l get a generic response about how they don't have an estimate for the part delivery. How does it take multiple months for a sunroof seal to be delivered? I found the part myself on Mopar's website and it could be delivered to my house in three days. I don't buy it. Go literally anywhere else if you want to see your car again.
