The service department is sub par and I do not recommend taking your vehicle to them. I called them to schedule a recall for my ‘17 Ram 2500. When I spoke to a live person they told me they could perform the recall. They gave me the details of what the recall entails and told me I could wait. I called them a second time to see if I could reschedule for an earlier time, they said yes and didn’t say anything about not being able to perform the recall.
