When I first ordered the part, it was supposed to arrive within less than a week because I paid for expedited shipping. It did not arrive on the day of there promise, I waited a few more days and called them, but they said the system was hacked and they were not able to do the delivery on time and we will have to wait till the system is up and running. Oil change and tire rotation were done well and on time. The service crew are a great bunch. But even with a coupon, it was very expensive, this time.
Brought my vehicle in on a Saturday morning for oil change and tire rotation. Waiting room was spacious, clean and comfortable with almost the whole area to myself. Plenty of space to get a little work done while I waited! The work was done as promised. The staff was very professional.
