Extremely poor communication from the service department regarding a covered warranty issue with my Jeep. Called and visited multiple times to try to get an answer on the status of the claim regarding the Jeep corrosion issues. After no answers from the dealer, I called Jeep Cares and checked with them. Was told that only hinges were submitted for warranty. I was told the service manage would call me about this.
