Brought my vehicle in for service. I worked with Rudy and he was amazing. He clearly explained everything I need and made the process quick and easy. Would recommend this dealership always.
The service department was fast and efficient and Ethan F. made it a great, smooth transaction.
Worst service department ever. Paid for tire rotation, balance, and oil change before a road trip. Within 100 miles a 3 year old Jeep was barely able to .maintain a lane. After arriving we find out there was a large bubble in the tire and exposed belts. No way a certified tech missed that, if he did he needs to lose his license. Manager said he backs his guy and doesn't care, GM has no response or reply. Either way they were paid and do not care about safety or loss of life. $269 dollars just to tell me what was wrong with my differential which I already knew I even told them about it . They didn’t even open the cover to know exactly what was broken $269 dollars just for words. Easy money!!!!
