Brought in truck with check engine light on. Was very glad to hear that everything was going to be covered by the warranty! They also took care of recalls on my truck while there and provided a shuttle from the service center to office and back to service center when job was completed!
The best part of the experience was dealing with Derrick in the Financial department! The vehicle wasn't up to par on being cleaned, the sale's person "Robbie" was not helpful and when I pointed out issues, he actually told me that he guesses that I (me) have some work to do!?!?! 🤬🤯 Customer service and customer satisfaction has drastically dropped in WI. 🤷🏾♂️
