Stay away from this dealership “spot loans” My 21 year old son found a dodge truck at dodge Chrysler jeep and ram of Fruitland park.The finance guy kept pushing me to cosign. I reiterated that I was attempting to purchase a home. To our surprise our son finally got approved on his own. Service center absolutely sucks. Going on 3.5 hours for an oil change. Absolutely ridiculous. Walmart service center is faster. And after 4 hours of sitting the “free” complimentary service isn’t free. For waiting 4 hours they gave it to me for half price or $293. Absolutely worthless service center. Sales department is great service center is absolutely worthless. Service manager and advisors all need fired and replace with take 5 techs.
Came in for an inspection on my new ram they did an excellent job service department was fantastic My service advisor Ryan went above and beyond!
Our salesman Logan was the best. Very professional and extremely energetic.
