No pressure sales and outstanding service department
I'm not sure if there's new management or ownership, but things have changed. Took my 21 hellcat in to have the front pads replaced. While they were prompt, and quick, I was outside looking at a Ram when the tech came back from a test drive. While sitting in traffic to turn into the dealership, he starts revving the engine like he's ready to race. I had been car shopping for quite some time and found a Jeep Grand Cherokee that I fell in love with at their Titusville location, I reached out to Maxine and she was able to get it to Greenville for me to come test drive, I ended up purchasing it that same day! The process was so quick and easy thanks to the whole team in Greenville! Maxine even reached out the next day to see if I was loving my new jeep!!
Recently bought my 2019 jeep wrangler here and Maxine was nice and was great help, her and the rest of the team made it a smooth and easy process, if you need a good and nice car would recommend checking this place out!
