This was a recall warranty. Appointment made in timely matter. Reminders sent. Arrived early and was taken I. Within minutes. Kayla the service writer was extremely helpful and very professional. Service completed very quickly.
we had a sevice come up on our Diesel truck while traveling, “see dealership “ crestview was within 20 miles of so we stopped there. they got us in and luckily had the part on hand and was able to to get us on the road after several hours.
Overall very happy thus far. Picked up my wrangler 2 days ago. Got a full clutch replacement and they identified a leaking seal on the engine while the transmission was out. Craig was very patient, helpful and responsive. Everyone at this dealership seemed very kind but not pushy which is not the norm at other dealerships. My only qualm is I wish they provided more information when they brought up the discovered leak and the need to replace the seal.
