I have been waiting 5 days for a “LIVE” person to call me back about warranty service. Emailed the ‘service manager’ no response at all.
It’s beyond me how Melissa in Service is any form of customer service. Her smart remarks and sarcastic tone is out of this world. After receiving 11 text messages from some automated system telling me to pay $240 for something that I didn’t even know what was wrong with the jeep I was finally able to get a hold of her and she told me that if I would’ve listened to the five messages she left.
