Well, judging from the reviews, Brandon may be a good service tech. But I can say from experience that Lance is condescending and needs a serious lesson in customer service and people skills. I'll never do business with this dealership because of him.

Took my truck in for yet another recall with an appointment at 8:40am.Brandon informed me that it would not take all day to do the work, and it would probably be ready around noon and assured me that it wouldn't take all day. This place is only looking to make an easy buck. I was on vacation from New England and my back up camera was not working. All of my electronics were not working so I brought it into this dealer. My vehicle has 8000 miles on it. It is in the bumper-to-bumper warranty still from the factory. This dealership found one acorn and one leaf on my vehicle and they assumed that I had rodent damage and told me I needed to get the vehicle repaired through my insurance company and not thru the warranty.
