Getting my car in for an appointment was great, ladies were very nice and worked quickly to have my car done as well. However, on my paper it said service rotated my tires and they did not do so, they are aware they didn’t and admitted it. We tell them ok but next time it needs to be done. I then get in my car to oil smeared on my console, seat and door. It’s not professional especially one thing after another. Not to mention this is a brand new car 2025.
We were in a Dodge Ram and pulling a travel trailer with our dog and our cat and our grandson when the rear end on the ram went out. We pulled into the dealership and everyone was so friendly and helpful. They let us park the camper on their lot over night til our son could come with another vehicle and they let us sit in their waiting are with our animals out of the heat, and then they took us and our animals to a motel for the night.
