We took a Ram Pro master to the dealer to have it checked and relearn the transmission. Just by arriving at the customer service it was terrible, very bad communication and bad service. We were attended by a lady named Danielle and she had no consideration. She had zero sympathy. They gave us a bad diagnosis and charged us almost 800 dollars for a bad diagnosis.
