I came in to get my sliding side door fixed on my brand new RAM 1500 van because it was out of alignment the first dealership assured me it would be covered under warranty but I went to these guys instead since they are more convenient to where I live and that was a huge mistake. 4 weeks it took with 10 phone calls and voicemails that were never responded to they only way you can get anyone to tell you what’s going on is by going in yourself and they sometimes go home early any day of the week. I would rate zero if I could. This is the wordy service department I’ve ever used. I’m still waiting for a part to come in and they returned our jeep without fixing it. The crazy part is they called us to come pick up our jeep after we already had it. I usually don’t leave a bad review and just leave it be. Do yourself a huge favor and take your vehicle to a different service department if you want your vehicle to actually get repaired. Also I wouldn’t have left this review if they didn’t send me a link to make it.
Oil change. No issues and they honored the price I found on facebook.
