Great customer service
It's a bad service department. I brought my van there 4 time's to fix my ac and 4 times it still didn't work
What a wonderful experience I had with the service department. The whole staff was great. Clear communication from the begginning and great work performed before my expectations. I even got to meet the general manager Mark. He runs a tight ship. You won't be disappointed here!
Even though I didn’t end up buying a truck yet, I had a great experience working with Zach Hall. He was honest, knowledgeable, and never pushy — which I really appreciated. Zach took the time to answer all my questions, let me test drive a few options, and gave me space to make the right decision without pressure. It’s clear he genuinely cares about helping customers find the right vehicle, not just making a sale. When I am ready to get my new Truck, I’ll definitely be coming back to work with Zach. This review is way past due but about a year ago I got my 2025 Kia K5 with Steve at the Putnam Kia. I went into his shop looking for this specific vehicle and he went above and beyond to find it in such a quick amount of time. I was about to go on vacation while waiting for the car to come in and he worked around my time and went above and beyond when it came to getting things sorted.
