Hi avoid here at cost. I brought my car for service and Joe took me in. I let him know my engine is making noise and he said he doesn’t hear anything. I told him I’ll come and show you or can send you a video. He said I’m too busy come pick up your car. I told him my car is under Jeep Certified warranty as well and he said it doesn’t. This guy is not qualified for this job. I wish I was making this up but it’s the reality. Good luck
