Everything went as smooth as it could be at this dealership. To Pat in sales. And Jeffery in finance. I was in and out of McGovern in 4 hours with my new jeep. Falyn also was amazing at communicating to me about the jeep i was really interested in. Overall my experience going to this dealership was great. I would highly recommend McGovern Chrysler of Medford mass.
Will continue to go back to McGovern. The team works extremely hard and is hospitable and informative as a whole. In all the ways they are able to "roll out the red carpet" within their industry, they do. Super accommodating, overly hospitable. Kate (manager) is a true professional & can figure out any and every car related situation.
I recently purchased a used truck from McGovern Chrysler, Jeep Dodge Ram. Here’s the interesting bit - it was a Ford F150 Lariat. My contact in sales, Patrick, accompanied me on the test drive and while I loved the truck we both heard a noise from underneath the vehicle. He promised to get it checked out and he did. He leveraged the McGovern Ford dealership who ended up fixing several issues with the truck and Patrick kept me updated as they made progress making the truck right.
