We purchased a 2025 RAM 1500 from Taverna Doge and had it delivered 220 miles. When it arrived it had no brakes, and looked like it had been sitting in a dirt field for months. The vehicle had multiple dents and scratches on the vehicle. The sales rep said that the vehicle had no scratches on the vehicle when she inspected it, and the videos sent to us as a predelivery inspection, 2 weeks before it was delivered showed no scratches. I can't say enough about the experience I had at Gainesville Chrysler Dodge Jeep. My experience was very fast, easy and painless. Douglas was amazing, no pressure, very kind and courteous. In November 2021 a deer, racing out of the center median on a 4-lane highway ran into the driver's side of our new 2021 Pacifica. As the deer rolled down the side of the van it did extensive damage to the fender, driver's door and the rear sliding door. My wife and I chose to take it into the Chris Nikel Collision Center for repairs. Another review for dump Orchard Dodge. Main component lower control arms went bad in my truck SERIOUSLY bad noise in the front of my truck. I even told them what it was!!! They changed out my heavy-duty struts. ball joints basically they changed out EVERYTHING EXCEPT the lower control are and told me I needed to agree to a $350.00 "diagnostic charge" even though when I left the dealer the noise WAS WORST!!!! I have just had the worst experience ever dealing with a car repair. Charged $117 to analyze the problem. Charged over $600 to repair the issue, then told I needed a $240 key because my key wont work. So why? Can't answer that question. So was it a key problem all along? Don't know but I PAID for analysis. Is yuour analysis not worth what I paid for? I say you are cheating people intentionally. Prove me wrong.

Drove over to Posner Park to look at vehicles in stock as wife wanted a minivan. We met our salesman Joe as soon as we entered vehicle display floor and explained to Joe we wanted to look at minivans. Joe got a Chrysler Pacifica for wife to test drive. While we were testing the Pacifica Joe was explaining features of the vehicle. Although we were going to look at other brands, wife was sold on Pacifica.
