Expérience extrêmement décevante. Mon véhicule est resté immobilisé pendant près d'un mois chez ce concessionnaire, sans qu'aucun véhicule de courtoisie ne me soit offert malgré la durée des travaux. Durant cette période, il était très difficile d'obtenir des nouvelles. Mes appels et messages sont souvent restés sans réponse, ce qui a rendu la situation particulièrement frustrante. Bought a used car from an independent sales rep "Brandon Kang" for that dealer in 2022. Only to find out a month later, and after seeing plastic pieces falling off the front of the car, and bulps burning and shorting out, that the car was accident. The sales rep reply to me was "HAHA' it's only CONSMETIC. I was also told all scheduled maintenance was done at the dealer "Nissan", but when i went there, it was missing 3,600$ worth of 100k/km maintenance, and the dealer told me that they only saw that car once in its lifetime f... read more
