The doctor is so nice and kind. But the clinic needs to improve itself. Every time we have an appointment and come by that time but we wait at least 25-30 minutes with huge tummies. What is the point of appointments if we have to wait up to 1 hours to be seen by the doctor. Up to 1 hour waiting outside and 10-15 minutes wait inside after triage. I am not satisfied with their service at all. You can never reach out to the reception too. They always put you on hold for 20-30 minutes, sometimes 5-10 minutes but they always put ... read more
Terrible place with incompetent staff who feel like they’re entitled.
Horrible experience with trying to get a hold of anyone to book appointments. Did not receive any text or email confirmation. They also failed to let me know when doctor is running more than an hour and half behind even though I called. The receptionist has an attitude to her and definitely felt very unwelcomed. Would not recommend this clinic to anyone.
Could not be more grateful for this clinic and Dr. Mattatal. After being denied a hysterectomy by one OB, I was referred to Dr.M, i was suffering a lifetime of pain, anemia, and knew I didn’t want kids! I had tried everything else and felt completely defeated. I was referred in September, and had my appointment in December, I actually couldn’t believe how fast it was. At my appointment dr. Dr Mattatal is a gem. Anyone would be lucky to be in her care. She has seen me through two high-risk pregnancies, plus a follow up appointment which I was worried would be painful. It turned out to be painless and I just had fun chatting with her. She’s the best. Everyone at the clinic is lovely, and worth the occasional wait. Special shout out to whomever decorates at Christmas! 10 stars.
