I join the zero starts club for this place. Never answer the phone not the emails, I got an evaluation for my kid and 3 months later I have no psychologist assigned. Terrible service, probably the worst

I have tried to reach the case manager for a week now. It’s been over a month and I’ve heard nothing since his case was started so I’ve tried this whole week desperately trying to reach them. They do not return calls. Looks like the next call is to AHCA to report their neglect of their patients.
