Unfortunately, I’ve had a very disappointing experience with Chrysalis. I’ve been calling consistently for the past two months and have never received a call back—or the phone simply goes unanswered. There’s a clear lack of empathy and follow-up with patients.

This therapist waited until 3rd session to tell me my daughter didn't attend. I would log on and text therapist my daughter was on. There have been times where the link provided, the therapist was on session with another client HIPAA violation there. She was rude and combative. Why wait till last minute with a child who has difficulties. I hated this experience and this therapist was not helpful.

Chrysalis was referred by my daughter’s pediatrician. They were the only providers who had licensed therapist and who dealt with pediatrics. I’ve had a great experience with all the staff members from the initial intake, to medical records and the Therapist. My daughter was very shy at first during the zoom session but Keianna was very patient and helped with my daughter becoming comfortable.
