I rarely leave reviews, but I feel compelled to warn others about Chrysalis Health. My experience has been overwhelmingly negative. They are completely unresponsive—calls and emails go unanswered for days or weeks, if at all. When someone does respond, they’re often dismissive, unhelpful, and unprofessional, with a tone that makes you feel like you’re an inconvenience rather than a patient seeking support. I recommend Jessica Rincon, she's very good at listening to teenagers. As a teenager, I was desperate and she was a great help.
