I was two weeks in with counseling through telehealth ( I had wanted in person for a year, but Florida is horrible about that.). I was going through a crisis and was told to check myself into the hospital, I was held for a week and a half and not baker acted. About two weeks after being released my counselor dumped me, a day after my partner dumped me. She promised to help me find more help, empty lie. Their counselors are unprofessional and untrained. Chrysalis Health ruined my life.

Mental health puts you in an extremely vulnerable and uncomfortable place, at least sometimes. I was led to believe I would find comfort and help here by Mr.Chris from intake dept. I was confident until I was put on hold for 2 weeks, lied to, and immediately sent discharge information upon contact. I am new to mental health care but this was a frustrating and diminishing experience. I would not recommend this place.

My daughter's doctor suggested counseling and we requested in person. Got referred to this joke of a place and was told only via zoom. Informed counselor in 1st session that daughter really needed in person. 8 sessions later, the counselor said nothing more could be gained that our daughter needed in person. That isn't even the bad part. They have been messing up the bill. They are overcharging us despite admitting we have paid more than what their billing is reflecting. DO NOT recommend Chrysalis Health's psychiatric department. From the time my child was prescribed medication, there were issues with the pharmacy to fill due to the licensing on record with the FL Department of Health not being adequate to allow more than a 7-day prescription. After going back and forth with the office and the pharmacy for a WEEK, the meds were finally filled.
