Clean and well spaced out gym.
Great gym, exactly what I enjoy without being to busy
I visited to see if would be suitable for me. Unfortunately not for me but for many it is perfect. The owner is really friendly and very helpful plus honest too. I really appreciate that.
Exceptional facility- whatever you want to achieve.
Joining this gym has changed my outlook on exercise, I’d been a member of ‘normal’ gyms in the past and rarely went, but Chrysalis is different, it keeps you motivated, everyone is friendly and welcoming, and the workouts are hard work but you feel better for putting in the effort and doing it. I have noticed a big difference in my strength in the 10 months I have been attending. I would advise you to give this gym a go :)
