Contagious Enthusiasm and more specifically Chrysalis Chinese Medicine’s Dr Lea Żarnowski (my Chinese Medicine Practitioner) is a professional, empathetic and warm experience. I have been a few times to enjoy the benefits of acupuncture as well as cupping through my journey into motherhood and beyond. The Chinese medicinal herbs and tinctures are potent and deal with exactly what my body needs. Dr Lea listens intently and offers her wisdom and I feel like a new person after each session. Thank you Dr Lea!
I’ve seen quite a few Chinese medicine practitioners and Lea is who I go back to, time and time again. As I am someone who struggles with PMDD, after seeing Dr Lea, my symptoms lifted and I’ve finally been able “normal”. Dr Lea is kind, gentle and empathetic.
Dr Lea Zarnowski is fantastic, I have seen her multiple times for pregnancy related items. Dr Zarnowski is professional and has a very personable and friendly demeanour. Highly recommend!

Lea is genuine, supportive, caring and empathetic. She has helped me incredibly over the years - emotionally, mentally and physically - through some challenging times. She is the best!
