Had an amazing experience at Chrysalis. Chris, Erin and Allie were knowledgeable and patient, focused on the bride’s vision and offering suggestions for modifications to make the dress perfect. Never felt rushed or pushed in a direction. Couldn’t have had a better time!
The whole experience was 5 star.
We went here for prom dress shopping. They had a nice selection and were very helpful when we had questions - they were nice and friendly. We would definitely go back here in the future!
Went to try on dresses for my daughter's wedding, felt pressured to commit THAT day. So, I made a deposit of $400 (they wanted HALF that day but I didn't have a full 50% of the dress cost) They made my daughter sign a paper and...long story short, we ended up finding a different dress else where and asked for a refund and they refused. They said no refunds, even though they didn't purchase anything for us, they just kept our deposit and wouldn't let us use it towards anything else in the store either. I happened to run across this beautiful Salon accidentally. We are 2 weeks away from my daughter’s prom and desperately searching for a dress! We found one online and were planning on just purchasing it online but it would take too long to get it, AND, it was out of stock online! But, Chrysalis had the exact dress! That isn’t why they get 5 stars…they get 5 stars because I asked them if they would hold it for me and they said they would if I paid for it, which I completely understood….I couldn’t get there for at least 2 hour... read more
