I cancelled my subscription after they raised my digital monthly rate without notification. I discovered the price increase when my credit card was debited the new monthly rate. On January 7th I called to cancel my subscription, which they did immediately. However 14 days later, the refund still hadn't been posted. I called on the 21st, and was told it takes a month to process a refund.
