Chronicle Mill is a fantastic place to live—safe, clean, and well run. The staff is friendly, responsive, and truly cares about residents. Maintenance is quick, common areas are spotless, and the community feels welcoming. Highly recommend!

Chronicle Mill is a wonderful place to live! The location is amazing and the staff is amazing. Anytime there are any issues they are taken care of immediately. I love it here. ♥️
I’ve been here since 2022 and staff/maintenance have always been amazing. I love my apartment and the security the building offers. The cons, owners don’t pick up after their pets and it’s getting worse, the noise complaints don’t see to have any affect on noisy neighbors, and my air filter isn’t changed on a regular basis. Despite the cons, I do love living here!!
