Chronicle Mill is a wonderful place to live! The location is amazing and the staff is amazing. Anytime there are any issues they are taken care of immediately. I love it here. ♥️
I’ve been here since 2022 and staff/maintenance have always been amazing. I love my apartment and the security the building offers. The cons, owners don’t pick up after their pets and it’s getting worse, the noise complaints don’t see to have any affect on noisy neighbors, and my air filter isn’t changed on a regular basis. Despite the cons, I do love living here!!
This is truly a great place to live. The apartments are quiet and the building is well maintained. The staff is remarkable, friendly and polite. There is a very nice clubhouse and the complex puts on regular events and hosts various food trucks. My only complaint is accessibility. Getting into the building from the back is not fun. Yes there is a parking garage that has a sidewalk to the back door, but you have to walk between a wall and the trash compactor. Other than that there is no ramp access to the back door.
