The maintenance staff is amazing! I can’t tell you how quickly they have responded to a few issues I have had. This is also true of the office staff. Amy & Molly have been so helpful from the get go. THANK YOU!
LOCATION NOT WORTH IT!! Worst ever possible place to live! I wish I could give 0 stars, you are literally paying for overpriced cheaply made trash. I was one of the first residents to move in when they first opened and I lived there for 2 years, in those 2 years I had more issues than you could imagine! The first day I moved in the shower floor cracked and busted and I wasn’t able to use my shower for a week, had to use another units shower. Moved in January 2023 and moved out June 2025. The apartment was very spacious and modern. The best Neighbors. Everyone in office was pleasant and listened to My comments and suggestions. Enjoyed the Cafe Latta in free Coffee machine. My dog enjoyed meeting and greeting others dogs. Doggie spa came in handy to clean my dog. Dog park available. I only lived here for a short time, but it was long enough to see how well-run and welcoming the place is. The facility is clean and in a super convenient location, and the staff truly makes a difference. Amy W. in particular was always helpful, professional, and had a way of making even small interactions feel like a bright spot in the day.
Update: Now the location wants to place plastic over the ceiling inside the apartment to catch falling debris....Do not respond to my review like you care or did anything to correct this issue. A reputable place would not allow a tenant to live in these conditions! DO NOT consider this place! If I could give zero stars, I would---one star is far too generous.
